If you happen to fall in love and/or marry a boy named
John Smith, there are certain things that you should be prepared for. One of these is jokes about
Pocahontas, even though she totally married a guy named
John Rolfe, which everyone seems to forget! Anyway, people pretty regularly call me Pocahontas. I guess we do kind of look alike when it's windy out:
Dress, Belt, Cardigan: Gap
Tights: Target
Boots: Madden
Hahaa!! Love the comparison! I love the magenta and navy together! They are a great combo!
ReplyDeleteyour dress is super cute.
ReplyDeleteOH my gosh you could be twins! Hahah maybe? I had never thought about the John Smith thing before!
ReplyDeleteYou found a new way to talk about the wind. I like you so much.
ReplyDeleteAnd this color combination. I like that, too.
Thanks, this song is going to be stuck in my head all day long. I love the pink and blue together. I think if I saw you on a daily basis, I'd be tempted to call you Jane Smith. But that's just because I'm not very funny :)
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely hilarious...haha! I definitely see the resemblance. :) Great outfit though - pairing navy with magenta is such a great change from just the black I probably would've paired with it.

Hahaha, best post everrr. (Also, "Colors of the Wind" was my high school musical audition song of choice...fun fact!) I really like this outfit! My mom just bought me a couple of striped dresses from Old Navy that I LOVE (one is green/white and the other is gray/white)...but knowing me, I'm probably going to be really boring and wear them only with black and white (or a denim jacket). I am going to have to channel my inner-Andi and wear them with color, like you did here!!
