I love this dress, but I hate to iron. This is a predicament. It was in my ironing pile for a few weeks. Then I finally ironed it, and I wore it the next day. Now it's in the ironing pile again. I really need to hire a maid to take care of these things for me. Or I need to stop buying things that wrinkle.

Dress: Gap
Belt: Old Navy
Purse: Urban Outfitters
Necklace: InPink
Sandals: Carlos Santana
This is why half my wardrobe doesn't get worn because I hate to iron! Then I go on an ironing binge and iron everything all at once.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really cute dress. Glad you decided to iron it!
Ironing is the worst, I hate it. I do all my ironing for the week on Sunday night to just get it out of the way. I really like your dress though, and it looks great against your b&w backdrop (curtains?)

ReplyDeleteBoo ironing. But the dress is pretty!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind ironing, but I stink at it. I spent five or ten minutes trying to iron the coral skirt I wore today and there were still creases and folds in it. I have been popping things into the dryer lately, and that gets some of the wrinkles out. Have you considered steaming? When I worked in retail, the steamer was the most magical thing I had ever seen. I don't have one myself, but I've already asked my husband for one for Christmas, haha
ReplyDeleteYep, ironing is the WORST. I just ironed yesterday for what I think was the fourth time in my life. Yep, that's embarrassing. I JUST HATE IT OKAY? Haha. I'm usually really diligent about putting my things away right from the dryer, or I just throw my wrinkled things in the dryer with a wet rag and it gets the wrinkles right out! Or else I just wear wrinkled clothes and don't care...oops. I'm also with Kate - I am terrible at it!! That dress is too cute, though, and I love how you accented it with black accessories.
