Graphic Tee Week - Do What You Love
Graphic Tee Week is here! Get excited! Be sure to check out Priya's posts this week, and remember you can link up with us every day!
Most of my t-shirts are of the concert/sports team/vacation souvenir variety, but the ones I wear to work are usually of the more fashiony variety. This particular one was a steal ($2.50) at the Gap a few summers ago. I like it because it kind of just looks like a flowery design from far away, but if you look closely, it says "Do What You Love." Matchy-matchy seemed like the way to go, so I played off the blue of the shirt and added this skirt, and then played off the orange/coral in the skirt to add the cardigan.
Let me just say that this might be my most-complimented outfit ever. My co-workers were really onboard with this look.
Cardigan: Old Navy
Tee: Gap
Skirt: Gap Factory
Shoes: Old Navy (option, option)

Such a cute Graphic T-shirt. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI love this look on you! That shirt is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI'm linking up this week as well - though - honestly graphic tees/sweaters/shirts are so not usually in my rotation! This is a real challenge for me - so I'm really looking forward to it. ;)
Also - I'm completely jealous that it's still warm enough where you are to be outside with bare legs.

This outfit is adorable, no wonder all the compliments. Love the combo of the cute graphic tee with the pink cardi and my pleasure joining you in today (and will join you again a few more days, this week).
ReplyDeleteP.S. From Oct 22 through Oct 31 I am running a link-up every day on my blog. It is about wearing Pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. I’d love for you to join it. Today's Outfit is perfect for it actually.
Happy Monday and Thanks. =)
LOVE this look! I think it's because of the mixture of the graphic tee with the pattern of your skirt, then all the colors just go perfectly together. I was really hoping I could get creative again this month and find a way to join in even with my big ole pregnant belly, but I just haven't been able to find anything in my closet! I so badly want to pair a graphic tee with a blazer, skinny jeans, and booties! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat kick-off to Graphic Tee Week! I love the pretty detailing on this, and your outfit is coordinated perfectly! No wonder it was a co-worker fave!
ReplyDelete♥ perfectly Priya
I know I should be talking about your shirt, which I love; however, I am just smitten with that skirt. I know you've worn it before, but it bears repeating that you look great in it. I love the colors and the pattern. And I love me some matchy matchy.

I love this theme! It took me a while to get on the graphic tee thing because I've just never been a tee-with-writing wearer, but I included mine in my fall capsule and have been liking it a lot lately... shared my three recently blogged versions :) Your tee is adorable, and I love the matchy-matchy - perfect to keep to this palette since the tee is kind of a pattern mix with the skirt...and since it's such a pretty palette!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cute graphic tee! I have a hard time finding ones I love (except when I see them on other people, then I love them but can't find them in stores)!
ReplyDeleteI'm on board with this look too! I love the matchy-matchy, it all works so well together!
ReplyDeleteLoving the pattern of that skirt!

Yes! I loooove this outfit, Andi! You deserved all the outfit compliments with this one :) I'm VERY picky about graphic tees, but this one? It might be my favorite of all the graphic tees. And it's a saying that I say with my high schoolers all the time :)
