Shorts Week - White
For my big finale to Shorts Week - Look! No stripes! I know, it's pretty impressive. Thanks to everyone who linked up, and especially Ginny, for being my wonderful co-host.
I saved this outfit for last, because it's a good transition to my next endeavor. I love this shirt, but for some reason, I've only worn it a couple times - usually just with plain jeans and navy flats. So I was playing around on Polyvore making other outfits. Then I remembered that I wanted to do another 30X30 in the summer. I'm sure I was also inspired by Brynn's 20X30 in July.
So anyway, that's what I'll be up to in August. I'll either be posting on the weekends or doubling up outfits in some posts, so I can be done by September. I'm finalizing my 30 items and I'll share my official list next week sometime. Spoiler alert - it's basically everything navy.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're going ahead with the 30x30, you'll do great!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your 30x30! I loved your last one and can't wait to see what your items are!
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is just so classic and cute! I feel like you can't go wrong with shorts and a cute blouse. I can't wait to see your August remix :)
ReplyDeleteNow this is my favorite from your shorts week. Beautiful top too. Yesss on the 30 for 30. I decided to do a Summer one as well, except mine will be in September. For the most part it is mostly Summery then, here. Plus IRL I will start my challenge by the 3rd week of August. It takes some time till it makes it to the blog. Good luck to you and I cannot wait to see your pieces. =)
ReplyDeleteaw, I almost thought you were announcing that next month's week-long theme is navy. I would have been all aboard for that. No pun intended. Your top has such a great print to it, I'm really disappointed with how most of my patterned tops are even/symmetrical: gingham, stripes, polka. I really like the shapes and colors in this top. Good luck with your 30x30!
ReplyDeleteAH! I am so excited that you're doing a 30x30! They're my favorite!! I cannot wait to see your items - it's going to be so fun to follow along! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the shoes in this outfit--simple, but versatile!
