Wearing the Pants

After almost buying regular pixie pants from Old Navy several times in the past couple years, I finally took the plunge on a maternity version.  It's been too cold for skirts/tights many days and I've been getting tired of wearing jeans, so I thought a pair of black pants would be a good investment.   And I haven't had a pair of non-jean pants in several years, so this is an adjustment.  But I think it's a good thing.

While I was shopping online, I added a few things to my cart to get free shipping, like this tunic top!  I really like it, and there seems to be a lot of room for the baby to grow, so I hope it continues to fit for the next 4 months!  Maternity clothes are the weirdest thing!

Blazer: Gap via consignment
Top: Old Navy maternity
Pants: Old Navy Maternity

  1. I really like this! That tunic looks great on you, and is perfectly paired with the bright blazer. I've almost bought a pair of pixie pants a few times, but have never pulled the trigger. Are yours comfortable?

  2. I can't speak personally about pregnancy style but my sister did a lot of tunics during her recent pregnancy. This one is really cute and I can see a lot of remixing possibilities!

  3. I saw your comment somewhere else about how there was nothing cute at Target while you're preggo but there has been a million things in the past on the clearance rack. I like both of these items, especially with the pink of your blazer.

  5. I really wish ON's Pixie pants fit me...but they don't. I guess I'm just not pixie-like, at least in terms of body shape. I will have to live vicariously through you--you look so cute!

  6. I like the print on your new tunic! It looks so comfy. Tunics may be on the top of my favorites list lately. Also, maternity clothes are weird! What did women do before maternity clothes?

  8. I really like this outfit, Andi! That top is so pretty, and a bonus that there's room for your little guy to grow! How are you liking the Pixie pants? I have several pairs of them (not maternity, obviously), and I love them - I find them to be so comfortable!!
