Here's a close up, since you can't really tell that the stripes are rope-print. You can also get a nice close up of the wrinkles! So fancy!
It's also time for Third Thursday Threads with Bri! Again, I'm glad she picked a theme that I can add to my nautical week. Sandals go with rope-striped dresses! Hooray! These are my most frequently worn sandals, because they are comfortable and cute. The only problem is that I've worn them so much and they are starting to wear out a bit. So I'll be on the lookout for a replacement pair!
Dress: Gap
Jacket: J.Crew Factory
Sandals: Carlos Santana
I love the fun stripes in this dress! And yes, why do a-line dresses seem shorter than more fitted ones? Because they aren't as close to your body?
ReplyDeleteThat rope dress is so cute and unique. Definitely Nautical too. =)
ReplyDeleteLike I said my favorite themed week of yours. ;-)
What a great dress, I really like that the stripes are little ropes. It adds some interest and is perfect for your theme week!
ReplyDeleteYes, the ropes definitely make it nautically :) So cute!
ReplyDeleteI really like the rope detail
ReplyDeleteWhat a great dress for nautical week! I saw a similar striped dress (although the stripes weren't rope) recently and it seemed like it was really a must have for the summer!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great dress Andi! I would have never noticed the adorable nautical little rope stripes on the dress had you not shown it up close. And sandals were a perfect shoe choice :)

Love love love this dress, especially since there is such a similar one at Target right now (and I would have bought it, if it was pinky red)!
ReplyDeleteGreat look!

ReplyDeleteWe've had good luck with my theme overlapping with yours! You're definitely good at making these challenges work!
