#25 - Try, Try Again

After my first attempt at styling this striped dress, I was worried it was a little too juvenile for me.  My second try is much better (partially helped by outdoor photos)!  I think adding the color with a cardigan instead of crazy tights is a better idea.

I'm so far behind on posting my outfits.  I'm officially done with the wearing portion of the 30X30, but I'll be finishing up the blogging portion next week.

Dress, Cardigan, Tights: Old Navy
Necklace: InPink
Belt: TJ Maxx
Boots: Steve Madden

  1. I too prefer the second styling slightly better. And I am loving Cobalt paired with Black+White these days. Nice Boots too. I too am always at least 10 days behind with Outfit Posts. Oh well.

Ohhh and that awesome Outfit with all your Winter Trends, for some reason it didn't get linked up. Make sure you link up. Thanks so much.

Have a Great Weekend, Ada. =)

  4. I don't think there was anything wrong with the previous attempt, but I like this look more. It is crazy how much of a difference outdoor pictures make. The cardigan is a great touch. I really should wear my blue bf cardi more.

  6. I liked the purple tights a lot, but I tend to reach for brights and bold colors, even on my legs! This is a great classic combo though - you can't go wrong with black, white, and cobalt!

  7. Cuuuute. I love the direction of the stripes. And cobalt/black/white is always a winning combination!

  8. I LOVE THIS. Seriously, this is such a great outfit, Andi! I think it might be one of my favorites - certainly of the challenge, but also maybe even of all time! :)
