Have any of you been to a BodyCombat class? I think it's basically just kickboxing, but the Les Mills "official" version. It was intense! I'm not a particularly coordinated or aggressive person, so I wasn't sure how I would like it, but I'll definitely be going back. After I have a few days to recover. I just need to get my courage up to try all the other classes.
This outfit has nothing to do with working out, but until Old Navy decides to send me a bunch of free gear, I won't be posting sporty outfits.
Sweater: Gap
Shirt & Skirt: J.Crew Factory
Tights: Target
Necklace: Old Navy
Boots: Steve Madden
I have never been one to take a fitness class, I prefer to workout by myself (like seriously, nobody talk to me haha) but lately I've been finding myself less motivated and I'm thinking about taking some classes to get in fit for the wedding. I know that my gym has something Les Mills but I don't think its the BodyCombat, but if it is I'll have to check it out!

ReplyDeleteThat just reminds me I definitely need to get back in shape. Yikes! It does sound like fun though. I used to do classes in college then stopped because I enjoyed running so much. It would be nice to do them again. I really like your coral and purple pairing! The coral really brightens up your outfit!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you found a class you like! I wish I was better about getting to the gym and checking out the different classes they have available. By the way, thanks for letting me know you couldn't pin anything from my post yesterday! I had no idea, but I think I managed to fix that. :)

I wish I had a consistent enough schedule to take workout classes! I used to do them when I was just working, and I loved them...but being in grad school has almost completely eaten up all my free time. Ugh. I am eager to graduate, find a job, and have a steady enough routine that I can start regularly working out again!
