#15 - Halfway there (whoa-oh, livin' on a prayer)

Happy Monday!  And happy halfway through the 30X30!  I really love this outfit.  It's simple, but still interesting.  Black, gray, and pink just look sharp together!

So, weekend update!  John's grandparent's were visiting, so we had a fun-filled weekend with them.  We went out to dinner on Friday for my MIL's birthday and then over to their house for dessert and games.  We taught them all Dutch Blitz, which is a super fun and addicting game!  I slept in on Saturday (because sleeping in is magical!) and then we went back over to their house for dinner and more games.  On Sunday afternoon, the guys stayed home to watch football while the girls went shopping.  I may have bought my 3rd pair of leopard print shoes. (so, the answer to my question of which ones to get back in September is BOTH) That's a reasonable number, right?  No?  Hmm...we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Anyway, after a very fun and busy weekend, I'm not really ready for a normal work week, but I suppose it has to happen.  Just 5 more days until next weekend!

  2. That would be like saying you can only have one pair of black shoes. I bet all your leopard shoes are very different! Great outfit, I really like this print top you have in the challenge!

  3. I agree with Jess and Inge, you can never have too many pair of leopard shoes! Loving the color combo too.

  4. I really like gray, pink, and black together, too. The black and gray keep the pink from looking too Barbie and the pink helps it not look too dark/goth. We love playing games, I'll have to look into that one!

  6. LOVE this outfit! I admit that I'm too terrified to join in the challenge. I'm not very good at dressing myself with a whole closet full of clothes... let alone a few items for a whole month :)
Totally random, but that Bon Jovi song was my FAVORITE song growing up, ha ha!

  7. It sounds like you had a great weekend! Dutch Blitz DEFINITELY sounds like the kind of game I'd love to play! I loooove card games, but Kevin does not :( I usually have to get my card game fix when we're visiting family and he can go off and do something else while I play card games, haha.
